(a) To bring together Obstetricians and Gynaecologists across Punjab interested in the art and science of Gynaecological Endoscopy.
(b) To collect, pool and distribute to the members all information on technical and bioengineering aspects of endoscopes used in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
(c) To collect, pool and distribute to the members all information regarding availability, Punjab Government rules and regulations, maintenance and such other aspects of endoscopes used in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
(d) To popularise the practice of Gynaecological Endoscopy throughout Punjab.
(e) To promote, sponsor and organise practical training programmes in Gynaecological Endoscopy, with special emphasis on teaching laparoscopy to young gynaecologists.
(f) To advise the State and Central Government and other organisations on technical and clinical aspects of Gynaecological Endoscopy and their special usefulness in the field of Family Planning.
(g) To promote, at all levels of society, education in all aspects of Gynaecological Endoscopy within Punjab.
(h) To promote, sponsor and organise meetings, seminars, symposia, panel discussions, conferences, lectures and orations with the purpose of advancing and exchanging knowledge on all aspects of Gynaecological Endoscopy.
(i) To create public awareness and opinion in matters relating to Gynaecological Endoscopy.
(j) To organise and perform free Gynaecologic Endoscopic services including Endoscopic Female Sterilizations as part of Maternal Child Health and Family Welfare Services to be rendered to the people at large, irrespective of caste, colour or creed.
(k) To promote, sponsor, assist or carry out research in all aspects of Gynaecological Endoscopy and related matters through the association or jointly with any other institutions.
(l) To assist, subscribe, affiliate or amalgamate with any other body, Indian or International, having objects altogether or in part similar to those of the Association.
(m) To create orations and awards, and extend and exchange scholarships amongst scientists and young gynaecologists interested in any aspect of Gynaecological Endoscopy
